Tracking number sent by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Every order ships from our warehouse in Suwanee, Georgia, USA. We don't use overseas fulfillment centers — your order is processed and packed locally. That means faster shipping and easier resolution if anything goes wrong.

We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional countries — sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website, or visit our Order Tracking page at any time.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or if it arrives damaged or incorrect, here's exactly what to do — we resolve every issue within one business day.
Look for any carrier updates or delivery exceptions. Sometimes packages are marked delivered before they physically arrive — check again the next morning.
