You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or full refund — no forms, no hassle, no questions asked. We'd rather you walk away satisfied than keep a ring that isn't working for you.

The Process

Send a message to hello@theserenering.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. That's all we need to get started.
If your return is approved, we'll reply within one business day with step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your item. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us — items returned without approval won't be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund goes straight back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@theserenering.com — we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you, no return shipping required.
